I'm down in San Antonio this week for Thanksgiving and with the weather in the 60's and 70's, it means hello to short sleeves and patio time. While the mid-day sun is pretty toasty, the evenings can be chilly. I'm keeping it festive even in these nice warm temps with some light layering.
For my Thanksgiving day outfit, I chose something pretty relaxed for obvious reasons:
I'll likely be spending a good amount of time outside, and
I need something comfy and loose so that when I inevitably eat too much pie, my outfit will still have some wiggle room.
I'm sporting a burnt orange tee with my favorite jeans (p.s. I got them in my Oct. Stitch Fix) and my go-to booties for this fall (see them in this post). I added a super thin and light infinity scarf with a pattern that compliments my burnt orange and denim, plus this vest.
I just bought this vest today on our shopping trip to Boerne, TX (Pronounced Bur-Ney). Boerne has a ton of adorable shops and boutiques and it was such a fun place to spend the afternoon. I snagged this vest from the G. Marie boutique, which was having a 25% off sale since they are closing.
I LOVE this quilted vest because so thin. I have a few puffy vests already, but I was excited to add this one to my collection since its not too puffy and hot for chilly weather, but can easily become one of many layers for cold weather.
The brand is Jezeel Los Angeles, and (despite all my googling efforts to try to find where you guys can get it online) I can't find it anywhere! I've linked a couple of similar quilted vest options below. And if anyone has more luck than me and finds it, please let me know!
As soon as I brought it home I was instantly wishing I had picked up another color or two. My [almost official] sister-in-law bought the army green one, which is also super adorable!
