03. 1x6 primed pine board

04. 2x — unfinished wood corbels

side trim 

05. 1/2" x 3/4"  Board Moulding

06. 1/4 in. x 1-3/4 in. White Lattice Moulding

attach with

07. 18 gauge brand nailer

08. construction adhesive — liquid nails heavy duty

paint & caulk

09. satin sheen paint - graceful gray

10. white premium molding & trim sealant
