fall fashion at Larimer Square
One of my favorite spots in Denver is Larimer Square. I remember when I first moved here and stumbled upon this iconic Denver block — I knew it would be one of my go-to's. From grabbing dinner at Ocean Prime or drinks at one of the many adorable spots, to shopping some of my favorite local shops like Hailee Grace and AILLEA, I love stopping by for an outing under the adorable string lights.
I stopped in to style a whole outfit using just pieces from Larimer Square retailers to show off some of my favorites. There are seriously so many adorable shops! Today we're talking outfit details, plus I'm sharing a little about the Runway Show they have coming up at the end of this month which we can attend together! Mark your calendar for Sept 27th so we can meet up, then check out my Larimer Square #OOTD.
larimer square Fall Fashion Show 2018!
I just got back from New York Fashion Week, and while you all loved following along on my adventure, many of you found yourselves wishing you were at the fashion shows with me. The good news? We've got a fun show coming up right here in Denver in a couple weeks!
It's fall fashion season and Larimer Square is showcasing some of the latest styles from its adorable boutiques and retailers. I'm super excited about this show since all the looks will be outfits we can totally rock in real life, the pieces are ready-to-wear, and it's such a cool way to support our stylish local retailers. I'll be there, so we can watch the show together! I'd love to meet you, and entry is free, so be sure to save the date and come with me to the show.
Models will grace the runway dolled up in makeup provided by AILLEA, hair styled by L Style Bar and wearing the latest fall fashion trends from Larimer Square’s chic boutiques while guests mix and mingle and enjoy signature cocktails. Entry is free. Find more information at larimersquare.com.
These retailers will be participating in the fashion show!

my Larimer Square look
Dress + Jacket — Hailee Grace
I LOVE yellow for fall. It goes perfectly with maroons, deep oranges, and plum shades to create a fun fall palette that isn't all muted tones. This dress is a perfect transition piece —with a cute jacket and some booties you can turn it into a lively fall look instantly.
I paired it with a white jacket because it brought out the white polka dots in the dress and also because white is totally a year-round color. It helps your outfit look clean and polished — and doesn't have to be reserved for just spring and summer.
Bag — Cry Baby Ranch
Hello, metallics. The silver finish on this purse makes it such a fun statement piece and metallic is the perfect way to rock pieces with a western inspiration if you love the intricate designs but want to downplay the leather a little. This crossbody is the perfect size to fit all your essentials and has the most gorgeous detail on the flap.
Jewelry — Victoriana
To tie in the yellow throughout the whole look, I grabbed this citrine ring, necklace, and bracelet set. They add a little more yellow to the look to make it the dominant statement shade. I can't get over how gorgeous this ring is! Such a perfect oval cut stone in a size to make a statement.
Shoes — Fluevog
These Gladstone boots are a perfect pick for fall with their deep plum hue and a rubber sole. I love the overstated eyelets and thick twill laces. The style is unique enough to push you out of your comfort zone, but they're amazingly comfortable with a low round heel for a little height (you know I love my heels). They come in 5 colors, including more muted neutrals if you need a little less color in your look.
