For my guest room makeover, I want the space to have loft vibes so I added a concrete wall to the design plan, but chose to use grout to give me the same concrete textured look on the cheap.

I explored some of the different wall treatments that could give me a vintage concrete /plaster look and decided to diy instead for way cheaper.

I decided to use grout since it comes in TONS of colors — I could get the exact light creamy color I wanted for way less than similar plaster or cement wall products cost.
